There are times when nothing stops me from writing. Characters crowd into my world, and I’m obsessed with telling their stories. There are other times when I’m at a loss; I can’t imagine writing anything. This is one of those times; therefore, like CaliBels, I need a gentle nudge. It is for this reason, I am issuing a challenge: Write a one hundred word story and submit it to our fledgling blog within a week. One hundred words—no more and no less. Comments?

i missed my deadline, but i still intend to do it. my 100 word story turned into something much longer and became the last word challenge.
